Very little. This site sets no cookies and embeds no advertising pixels or trackers. It counts visits with one cookieless statistics script, described below. There is no newsletter. The one form on this site is the contact form, described below.

Fonts are served from our own domain. They are bundled at build time rather than requested from Google Fonts, so loading a page here sends no request to Google.

Because we set no cookies and do not track you across sites, there is no cookie banner.

We count visits with Umami Cloud (umami.is), a privacy-focused analytics service. It records which page was viewed, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type, screen size and country. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. We use the totals to see which pages are read and where visitors come from.

The statistics are stored in the EU. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). Umami processes this data on our behalf.

If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company and message. We use them only to answer you and to follow up on what you asked about, and we delete them on request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you sent (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this website: Netlify stores each submission and forwards it to us by email. Netlify is a US company; transfers to it rely on its data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses. If you prefer, email us directly instead.

Our hosting provider records standard request data when a page is served: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, referrer, and browser user-agent. This is used only to deliver the site, keep it available, and investigate abuse or attacks. We do not use it to build profiles or to identify individual visitors.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Logs are retained by our host for a limited period and are not sold, shared for advertising, or combined with other data.

Our website host, Netlify, processes the server-log data and contact-form submissions described above on our behalf, under its data processing agreement. Netlify is a US company; transfers rely on the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not transfer website visitor data to anyone else, apart from the cookieless visitor statistics processed by Umami, described above.

The platform manager at beta.mimiry.com is a separate, account-based product. It handles account and usage data and is not covered by this policy. Any other outbound link takes you to a site with its own terms.

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Given how little this site collects, in most cases we will hold nothing about you beyond short-lived server logs.

Write to info@mimiry.com to exercise any of these. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, at datatilsynet.dk.

If we add anything else that collects data, we will update this page and change the date above before it goes live.
