This policy covers mimiry.com, our public website. It is short because the site collects almost nothing.

Who we are

What this website collects
Nothing, in the browser. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party scripts, pixels, or trackers. There is no sign-up form and no newsletter on these pages.
Fonts are served from our own domain. They are bundled at build time rather than requested from Google Fonts, so loading a page here sends no request to Google.
Because we set no cookies and do no tracking, there is no cookie banner and nothing for you to consent to or opt out of.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard request data when a page is served: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, referrer, and browser user-agent. This is used only to deliver the site, keep it available, and investigate abuse or attacks. We do not use it to build profiles or to identify individual visitors.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Logs are retained by our host for a limited period and are not sold, shared for advertising, or combined with other data.
Who processes data for us
Our website host processes the server-log data described above on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. We do not transfer website visitor data to anyone else.
Links away from this site
The platform manager at alpha.mimiry.com is a separate, account-based product. It handles account and usage data and is not covered by this policy. Any other outbound link takes you to a site with its own terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Given how little this site collects, in most cases we will hold nothing about you beyond short-lived server logs.

Changes to this policy
If we add anything that collects data, such as analytics or a contact form, we will update this page and change the date above before it goes live.
